Sooner driving test dates?

i recently failed my first attempt for my driving license and for the uk, i must wait 10 working days before i can take another test however the only problem that i have is when i check the DSA website, the next driving test dates are 4 months away! and i cant keep up my lessons for 4 months! is there a way to acquire sooner dates if for example you were under my circumstances, i thought about phoning the test centre directly but apparently all you get is diverted to a switchboard which doesn't help you at all. any help at all would be much appreciated.
