Does my mom's spaghetti recipe sound good or bad to you? it's home made?

Well there you go--if it tastes good it must be good! Your mom sounds creative. My man always complained that there never was enough gravy in my pot roast and I came up with the idea of putting several McCormick gravy packets and water in it while cooking. She must have had some reason for the sloppy joe mix--maybe it improves the flavor a lot? Unique of her to use cheese in a spaghetti sauce mix too--I wouldn't have thought to do that.
