Can you cook the alcohol out of brandy?

I need to know if I can cook the alcohol out of brandy, (just straight brandy, not part of a recipe) and if it needs to be refrigerated once I put it back in the bottle. Also, should I simmer or boil it? And for how long? I know this sounds like a crazy question, but I'd really like to know. :)
