Can i divert certain calls from my landline to my mobile?

i think you can ..if you call your landline phone company you can add call fowarding to your cell phone.it works like this they add the feature and if somone calls your landline and your not home your cell phone rings and you can answer that call .so they transfer your calls over to your cellphone.
