Do you think this is fair?

I don't know what to do. My step dad grounded me for a month for cheating on my final exam last Monday. I was pretty bummed out that I would only get a month of freedom left before I go back to school. I mean I am not even allowed to go outside. Yesterday afternoon I was cleaning the windows and I saw my friend outside and I wanted to step outside to say hey. My toes barely touched the concrete and my step dad pulled me back in and said you will not step one foot out this front door until your ungrounded and it was embarrassing because he yelled that with the front door open. So that made me mad so I looked at him and put both of my feet on the concrete that time and I started to dance and I was was saying, "look at me now both feet out the front door!" he was just standing there watching me with a mad look on his face so I started to run into the street and when I ran out there he started to run after me and when I started to run on the concrete on the road i forgot I was barefoot it was burning my feet so I ran back inside and now I'm grounded for the simmer and now it hurts to walk because my feet hurt. I am in so much trouble now and I can't leave the house which means the front door until the first day of school. So I have lost my freedom do you think this is fair?

What is my moms problem?

She's been so rude lately and all I've done is try to be helpful. Not only is she bashing on me calling me a selfish ***** a slut and saying I'm going to get pregnant shes also telling my boyfriend he's a lowlife and bashing on him. Out of every guy I dated he gets along well with my parents except her lately he's always nice to them and helpful and super sweet to me. She also tells me to quote " pack your **** and leave" yet when I try to so she can simmer down she says if I leave she will call the cops and report my car as stolen. WTF??

Hopefully one of you can help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated. Well, me and my fiance' have been together a couple of years now. Our wedding is set for next summer. I just applied for college. I got my financial aid to pay for it. So I'm set to go for college. Well, my boyfriend is 24. He was in the military, and got medically discharged for chemicals being shot on him while overseas. He gets about 2k every month for being medically disable. Well, I might be pregnant. We've been trying to conceive but now that it's happening I'm kind of scared. :/ I was wondering.. Since I'm 18 and going to college, without having a job. Would I still be able to get food stamps and wic for just living with my boyfriend? Because places around here won't hire you if your pregnant.. and I don't think 2k every month is going to pay our 1,400.00 bills plus groceries, and a baby and us as well. Is there any kind of assistance I would be able to get. Some people have said, that if I chose to just go to college and not work, that I wouldn't be able to get it. But I can't work here if I'm pregnant? Someone please help. It means alot. And please don't be rude.

Is a pregnancy relevant during a custody case?

I have noticed within the past couple of months my son's mother has gotten a very large bump in her midsection and looks very much pregnant-- I'm talking 5 months along or so. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't care to know, because it is really none of my business. However, I feel that if she is pregnant then my son's behavior is inevitably going to continue to worsen (he's in kindergarten and has had 23 in-school suspensions for his behavior). If she can't get our son under control now, I can only imagine how much worse things will get if she has to divert so much of her attention to a new baby. We have a guardian ad litem and she is recommending that I get custody which greatly increases my chance of getting the judge to agree to a custody change. However, I feel a pregnancy is something relevant to my child in this case. Would it be relevant in court? Would I just have my attorney request a response from her and her attorney?

The amount of people on food stamps, versus the amount of people working? Wouldn't it be better to help people as long as they are working and paying to Society,versus helping people who refuse to work, having baby after baby?
